8May15 HAPPILY EVER AFTER (desplácese hacia abajo)
When I was working with the Gwaymi Indians (Ngobe Bugle), I became friends with a witch doctor, named Septimo. We walked together for hours in the same direction every day and I tried to tell him about Jesus, and he said I want you to listen to my MaMa’Chi story (their religion). I said, “Fair enough, you tell me a MaMa’Chi story and I will tell you a Jesus story.” So we became great friends as we shared what we believed with each other as we walked.
My little girl and I go on our nightly walk, and to pass the time she loves to tell me fairy tales. I always ask her to tell me a Bible story as well (what I had learned from Septimo).
I really don’t like fairy tales, or any other ‘happy ending’ story because it always ends in “they lived happily ever after.” Outside of heaven, HAPPILY EVER AFTER doesn’t exist. Bible stories, on the other hand, do end in HAPPILY EVER AFTER. I read the end of the Book, the Bible DOES have a HAPPILY EVER AFTER for those who believe in Jesus and repent of their sins…, A promise of a brilliant future without sorrow, pain or problems..
WE WORK WITH CHILDREN WHO HAVE BEEN ROBBED OF THEIR CHILDHOOD AND FUTURE. NO ‘HAPPILY’ ANYTHING.
HAPPILY EVERAFTER is our goal for these beautiful kids living below poverty in Nicaragua. We feed 100 FAMISHED kids a day and have a pre school with 30 kids. If we do that just to make friends, it’s totally pointless. If God is not glorified and worshipped because of what we do, all is in vain.
We do what we do so others can truly live HAPPILY EVERAFTER.

8May15 “Vivieron felices y comieron perdices”
Cuando estaba trabajando con los indios Gwaymi (Ngobe Bugle), me hice amigo de un curandero, llamado Séptimo. Caminamos juntos por horas en la misma dirección todos los días y yo quise hablarle de Jesús, pero él me dijo que quiso hablarme de MaMa’Chi (su religión). Nos pusimos de acuerdo que me diría una historia MaMa’Chi y le contaría una historia de Jesús. Así nos convertimos en grandes amigos mientras compartíamos lo que creíamos mientras caminábamos ..
Mi niña y yo nos gustamos hacer paseos nocturnos Para pasar el tiempo ella encanta contarme cuentos de hadas. Yo siempre le pido que me diga una historia de la Biblia también. (Lo que yo había aprendido de mi amigo Séptimo)
Realmente no me gustan los cuentos de hadas, o cualquier otra historia con un ‘ final feliz ‘ porque siempre terminan indicando que los héroes “vivieron felices comiendo perdices”. Fuera del cielo, “vivieron felices comiendo perdices” no existe. Historias de la Biblia, sin embargo, terminan así realmente. Leí el final del Libro, la Biblia. Ella tiene un “vivieron felices comiendo perdices” para los que creen en Jesús y arrepienten de sus pecados. Una promesa de un futuro brillante y sin llanto, dolor ni problemas ..
Corazón Puro trabaja con niños que han sido despojados de sus INFANCIAS Y FUTUROS. NO HAY NADA ‘FELIZ’. Bueno,, niños son felices no importa, pero entiendes lo que digo?
FELIZ PARA SIEMPRE es nuestro objetivo para estos hermosos niños que viven en la pobreza en Nicaragua. Nos alimentar a 100 niños al día y tenemos una escuela con 30 niños. Si lo hacemos sólo para hacer amigos, no vale nada. Si Dios no está glorificado, y adorado causa de lo que hacemos, todo es en vano.
Hacemos lo que hacemos para que otros “vivirán felices comiendo perdices”.
Para vivir feliz para siempre = “Cree en el Señor Jesucristo, y serás salvo, tú y tu casa.” Hechos 16:31
